At Celina Industries, we try our very best to continuously expand our abilities to help provide solutions for as many industries as possible, which is why we offer a varied list of products and services to all of our customers. We want to help meet the needs of all customer types –to the best of our ability. So what have we been up to lately, you ask? We’ve recently been focused on developing a system of flexible, protective fabric compartments often used to transport parts within the automotive industries – known as Returnable Fabric Packaging Systems.
Made for Protection – Literally!
When designing our packaging system, one of our top priorities was to make sure the base materials had the best attributes for our product. What does this mean exactly? We spent an extensive amount of time searching for materials that would not scratch or damage the products when placed on or in the system. Likewise, we also made a point to ensure the materials wouldn’t harbor bacterial or hold moisture, which can cause problems when items are stored for longer periods of time. In the end, the final materials were carefully chosen for their anti-bacterial properties, recyclability, and ability to protect Class A surfaces.
Classes of Surface
Calling something a “Class A” surface can be confusing (especially if you’ve not worked in the automotive industry). A “Class A” surface refers to any surface that will have aesthetic value; as a surface meant to look good on the finished product. Think back to any car commercial where there are close ups of the curves, front grill, or headlight areas. Those are Class A surfaces – while they are structurally significant, there is also an eye-pleasing quality to it when observed. The materials we’ve chosen for our returnable fabric packaging systems are meant to help protect the observability of these pieces.
Piecemeal for Easy Fixes
In addition to the ability to have packaging that helps to protect parts that need to be kept in pristine condition, the individualized compartments can be replaced if one suffers damage, such as rips, tears, or dirt. Being able to replace individual parts, rather than the entire rack saves you money, as you can simply swap out one small set of storage compartments for another. You can even order extra to have on hand in the event of damage! Again, saving you time and money in the long run.
